The ORBIT-IPF Study

ORBIT-IPF Study Logo

The ORBIT study is a Phase II clinical trial testing a new investigational treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung disease that causes scarring and makes it harder to breathe.

This study is important because current treatments only slow the progression of the disease, but they don’t stop it nor repair the damage already done to the lungs. ORBIT is exploring potential to repair lung tissue and prevent further scarring.

By focusing on regeneration, ORBIT offers hope for a future where people with IPF can breathe more freely, maintain lung function, and live better lives.
